Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy 

All purchases are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, class credits, personal training, and memberships. 

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. A cancellation fee of $35 applies to full classes or waitlisted classes. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours will be marked late cancel and fees will apply. Please see FAQ for further details.

Medical exemptions may be permitted provided we receive a qualifying letter from a medical practitioner.
